Use of the Topsites.tag-world service is only permitted if you are in agreement with the following terms and conditions:

Topsites.tag-world is not liable for any loss or damage to the user or equipment or third parties as a result of use of the service.
Although downtime is exceedingly minimal, Topsites.tag-world cannot be held responsible for losses as a result of any downtime.
Topsites.tag-world cannot be held responsible for any material on any Topsites.tag-world that is in breach of copyright or in violation of any other law. Topsites.tag-world owners are responsible for monitoring the content of their individual Topsites.tag-world.

The privacy and security of material submitted to any Topsites.tag-world cannot be guaranteed. Topsites.tag-world does not guarantee that a recent backup of Topsites.tag-world posts is available in the event of equipment failure.
Topsites.tag-world is not responsible for the content of any Topsites.tag-world. The views expressed by Topsites.tag-world users are not necessarily those of the service administrators.
Topsites.tag-world reserves the right to remove or modify the content of any Topsites.tag-world if it deems such action necessary. Topsites.tag-world is not, however, obliged to remove offending content, unless relevant law determines that it is.

The Topsites.tag-world may not be displayed on any website deemed unlawful by any U.S. state or federal law.
Basic (free) Topsites.tag-world is ad-supported. Adverts must be visible to third party visitors & configurations that obscure or render invisible the adverts are not permitted.
The 'get one' link must be visible on all Basic Topsites.tag-world.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in deletion of the offending account.

Topsites.tag-world retains the right to cease provision of service to any user for any reason, without prior notice.
If provision of service to a Premium (paid) user is ceased, the user may receive a refund of all unused credit, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
If a Premium Topsites.tag-world user wishes to cease using the service, a refund will only be issued if notification is received by Topsites.tag-world within 30 days of the date of payment.

Topsites.tag-world reserves the right to alter or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
